Borealis Thermal Energy<\/span><\/a> has designed and manufactured 5 new Air Handling Units (AHUs)<\/strong> specifically for processes in the food industry<\/strong>. These new units, custom-designed and manufactured<\/strong> to meet the client\u2019s needs, are intended for a new strategic project at the European level. The most notable feature of these units is that they must handle air under extreme conditions: with temperatures up to 90 \u00b0C<\/strong> and very high specific humidity levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

MANUFACTURE OF 5 AHUs FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY<\/h3>\n

The units manufactured are: <\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • 2x AHE-450-Acx: 45,000 m3\/h with 563 kW heating power and 599 kW cooling power.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 3x AHE-300-ACx: 30,000 m3\/h with 450 kW heating power and 396 kW cooling power.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Prior to this project and for the same client, Borealis manufactured an additional 5 Air Handling Units of this type in 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The project was completed on time, meeting the technical and quality specifications requested by the client.<\/span><\/p>\n
