This facility, located in the Vic\u00e1lvaro district, is managed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.madrid.es\/portal\/site\/munimadrid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Madrid City Council<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The sports center previously had an old and deteriorated climate control unit, which required a new approach and upgrade for both the unit and the installation. To address this, a dehumidifier was manufactured by our Borealis climate control equipment factory for its indoor pool. The model produced was an HRU-250-36, installed on the exterior of the building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This update also changes the air distribution system: the previous underfloor air supply now functions as the new return, while the new supply is directed through an overhead textile duct.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The addition of the new unit ensures optimal air temperature and humidity, eliminating condensation on the windows.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/borealisclima.com\/en\/producto\/deshumidificadoras-alta-eficiencia-hru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Borealis HRU range<\/a> consists of climate control dehumidifiers for indoor pools, utilizing a combination of passive and active dehumidification systems to achieve maximum energy efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The \u2018Faustina Valladolid\u2019 Municipal Sports Center (formerly known as Valdebernardo) covers a total area of 47,000 square meters, including both outdoor and indoor sports facilities.
