Borealis ROE units are compact energy recovery units with a vertical design, specifically designed to optimize energy efficiency in ventilation and air conditioning systems by recovering heat from extracted air.

Description

You have three variants:

  • ROE-020
  • ROE-038
  • ROE-050

They are equipped with high-efficiency enthalpic rotary heat exchangers (dry efficiency up to 81.5%), EC plug-fan fans, and a complete electronic control system with MODBUS connectivity. The range includes various models with airflows from 2,000 to 5,000 m³/h, adapting to different configurations and installation needs.

Their robust structure, thermal and acoustic insulation, high-performance filtration, and advanced control options make them an efficient solution.

ROE-020

Construction: Structure made with anodized aluminum profiles with thermal break and removable sandwich-type closure panels composed of two lacquered galvanized steel sheets with a 45 mm thick PIR thermal-acoustic insulation core as standard. Inner side of the panels is lacquered. Condensate tray made of stainless steel.

Ventilation: Internal circuit: EC plug-fan free-running fans as standard.

Energy Recovery: High-efficiency enthalpic rotary heat exchanger as standard, selected according to ErP 2018 standard. Optionally, sorption or sensible heat exchangers.

Filtration: M6 filtration as standard. Optionally equipped with high-efficiency filters.

Electrical System: Electrical panel with appropriate protections, terminal block, and space for control system.

Control and Regulation: Electronic regulation via microprocessor. Remote control with illuminated display. Setpoint selectors, operating modes, airflow control, and dirty filter alarm. MODBUS connection included as standard. Optionally, control via air quality sensor and enthalpic control.
