Borealis Energía Térmica has recently undertaken a new project called BOMCAMAT, focusing on the design and experimental development of a new air-to-water heat pump for hot water production using a low global warming potential (GWP) refrigerant.
For this experimental development, the company has received support from the Junta de Comunidades of Castilla-La Mancha, specifically through the Innova-Adelante Grants. This project has been incentivized with a subsidy co-financed at 80% by the European Regional Development Fund.
