From November 16 to 19, the “CLIMATIZACIÓN Y REFRIGERACIÓN 2021” event will be held in Madrid. This is the International Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, Industrial, and Commercial Refrigeration Trade Show. Borealis will attend as an exhibitor, showcasing a wide range of equipment featured in the new 2021/22 Catalog. Borealis will be located in Hall 10, stand 10C21, presenting the latest innovations.
C&R is the leading international event in Spain for the air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and refrigeration industry. Held every two years, it provides an essential showcase and visibility for the sector. Its strong support from industry stakeholders, business representation, and broad appeal contribute to revitalizing the sector and creating business opportunities for companies and professionals. The last edition, held in 2019 in a positive economic climate for the sector, attracted 374 direct exhibitors and welcomed 54,781 professionals from 88 countries.
DATE CHANGE DUE TO COVID-19
The “Climatización y Refrigeración” fair was initially scheduled for February 2021. However, due to the COVID-19 health crisis, it was postponed. The new dates were announced in late October 2020, aiming to bring the industry together under more favorable economic and health conditions.
This edition is especially significant as it aims to boost the commercial activity of a sector essential to health, the economy, and well-being, in a context that ensures both national and international reach, in-person networking, and professional relationships under optimal safety and business conditions.
IFEMA: A SAFE SPACE
IFEMA has obtained AENOR certification for its health and hygiene measures and the protocols developed to counter COVID-19. These measures ensure a safe environment for fairs, congresses, and events in its facilities, making it the first Spanish fair operator to receive this certification.
The AENOR certification is an external endorsement of the effectiveness of these measures, verifying that they comply with guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and regional and local authorities on COVID-19 prevention and hygiene.
